Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer flexibility with our bookings, ensuring that our refund and cancellation policies are clear and straightforward:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to departure: No cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total will apply.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the booking total will apply.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the original transaction date.
